Below you can find basic information about ordering products from Craze Apparel
What method of shipping does Craze Apparel use?
We ship via USPS First Class Mail for all single or small order purchases. If orders are too large for First Class Mail, we will usually ship USPS Priority Mail or even upgrade your order to UPS or FedEX ground!
When will my order be processed?
We try to get all orders processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, which is fairly quick.
Can I return the items I purchase from Craze Apparel?
We do accept returns, however as a small start-up, we cannot cover the cost of mailing/shipping your item(s) back to us. The item(s) being returned also must not be (a) damaged, (b) dirty/stained. (c)Unusable
If I do not receive my package after 2 weeks, what do I do?
In the off chance that you do not receive your package, there might be a few reasons why...
(a) USPS lost the package, (b) A bad shipping address was provided and the package was returned to us, (c) We were delayed in getting your package sent out. We will do our best to help any problems with orders, but we ask our customers to please double check the shipping address and be available for communication via email.
